Before focusing on IT consulting, software and education, I worked as a private investigator specialising in digital investigations. That experience taught me about the practical difficulties of researching online information and responding to cybercrime. I registered the Cyberdétective trademark in 2016 and have received international press coverage. I no longer conduct private investigations: I design software, teach methods and support users with their technology.
